Eric J. Kaplan
Eric Kaplan is responsible for overseeing Corporate Finance, Policy, Administration and Purchasing. The Corporate Office also maintains 24 hour support of all
airport operations for MAR AIR Foods.
Mr. Kaplan began his career as a partner at Printersign Inc., the sole outside contractor for all of Macy’s Northeast in-store poster signage.
After selling his share of Printersign, Mr. Kaplan became Operations Manager for REI Media Group, a company specializing in General Design, and Special
Effects for the Motion Picture & Television Industry. Handling all operations, corporate finance, administration & customer service, sales for the company doubled
each of the first 2 years of his tenure. He left REI in 1998 to form his own company, Done. Inc., which contracted to supervise post-production of feature films.
He successfully budgeted, contracted and supervised the post-production of over 20 films over the next several years.
The tragedy of 9/11 severely affected the New York film industry, and Mr. Kaplan moved into the construction industry, supervising installations of Special Needs
products for a company throughout 9 Northeastern states. He joined the president of this company as a consultant and helped him in founding his own startup
in 2005, handling the creation of all corporate structure, finance and administration.
Mr. Kaplan brings his extensive corporate management skills to MAR AIR Foods, providing a strong foundation for this rapidly growing industry leader.
