With endless creativity and boundless energy, Rich's constant focus on the needs, desires and expectations of customers and travelers has yielded consistent success and maximum revenues.

  • OTG Management - General Manager, Central Terminal B - LGA : Instrumental in nearly tripling sales from $2.4 million to $7.0 million in just 9 months, opening 3 new CIBO Markets during that period.
  • Owned and operated two successful Steak and Seafood restaurants
  • Director Food Service, Senior Regional VP, VP Corporate Services, VP Franchise Support and Development - Toddle House Restaurants (175 unit 24 hour diner style concept located in 26 states)
Not to mention his diverse experience at Sky Chefs as:
  • Food Supervisor Airline Catering
  • Manager Airport Restaurants - JFK
  • Director of Operations - New Orleans Airport

Rich is the creative force behind our very own Gourmet on The Fly concept. He oversees marketing, merchandising, product selection and promotional strategies while promoting a positive, profitable and enjoyable work environment.
