McDonalds - Back in 1992 he was General Manager of the McDonalds in USA Air Terminal at LGA. Quick serve operations in airports are nothing new for Anthony. He is well versed at taking care of the customer, providing that extra "sizzle" for the airline and aggressively following the standards and specifications as set by the franchise. This consistency is both refreshing to the customer, and a welcome attribute in foodservice management.
Sbarro - Due to his knowledge, experience and ability to provide results, he was awarded the Manager position of Sbarros flagship store in Kings Plaza, N.Y. This location generated record breaking revenues of 2.25 million under his direction.
More significant was his position as Director of Operations
where he was responsible for 29 locations generating $33
million in revenues for Sbarro. This distinction earned him
a spot in the corporate limelight, where he developed successful programs for the company including:
Regional Trainer - passing his skills and talent in all states where Sbarro operated
Research and Development - key person involved in creating progressive dinner entrees for the menu
Guest Services - single handedly created and executed a program
designed to provide the best possible customer service experience
Currently - Tony handles ALL the day to day functions of our Dunkin Donut operations. This involves a plethora of skills

The quality and consistency is so recognized, that we are continuously asked to act as a commissary for other locations. One prestigious account we handle in this market is CIA headquarters in Virginia, providing round the clock product.
